Literary Activities

Samskruti is committed to developing the literary skills of students from an early age. Apart from engaging in literary activities within the classroom, students can also participate in numerous after-school activities based on their interests.
A Glimpse into Our World of Literary Activities:
Read and Rhyme is an annual event aimed at enhancing and encouraging reading skills among children. Each child selects a book or reading material from fiction or non-fiction genres and reads it aloud in front of an audience. Spell Bee is a monthly event designed to help students learn the correct spelling of words, their usage in sentences, and improve their speaking skills.
Debate is a monthly event for primary school children. It helps them develop their public speaking skills, express themselves confidently, and build research abilities. Symposium, Create-a-Disguise, Book Review, and Report are events that enhance communication, presentation, reading, and comprehension skills among students.

Literary Week is a week-long festival aimed at enriching students’ literary exposure. They participate in various activities, including “Meet the Author,” Author Study, Quizzing, Tongue Twisters, Puppet Shows, Storytelling Sessions, JAM Sessions, and Elocution.
