At Samskruti, we believe that a healthy mind thrives in a healthy body. Hence, we maintain a strong focus on age-appropriate sports, physical exercise, and health-enhancing lifestyles. Students follow a structured physical education curriculum that not only hones their skills in sports but also helps them develop lifelong values such as attentiveness, respect, authenticity, excellence, teamwork, conflict resolution, sharing, handling success and failure, decision-making, and appreciation.
Yoga – Our Yoga classes aim to foster a healthy mind and body. Yoga is taught in a fun and engaging way, making it enjoyable for young learners.
Ratti Sportz – Our sports training partner, Ratti Sportz, ensures that students build essential gross and fine motor skills, preparing them to excel in sports during their middle and senior years.
Individual Sports – Basketball, Cricket, and Tennis are offered as optional individual sports. Students can choose to specialize in any of these under the guidance of our trained and experienced coaches.
