We offer the students a spectacular range of activities, events, to choose from, each of which is handpicked and vetted by our team of experts. Over the course of their life at Samskruti, students discover and develop their genuine interests and talents by trying their hand at the wide range of activities on offer.
Samskruti is committed to develop the literary skills of the students from the very early years. Apart from engaging in literary activities within the classroom, there are numerous post school activities which students can engage in based upon their interest.
Here is a glimpse of our world of literary activities:
Read and rhyme is an annual event, with the objective to enhance and encourage reading skills among children. Every child selects a book or reading material from fiction or non-fiction genres and reads it aloud in front of an audience.
Spell Bee is a monthly event wherein the objective of this is to involve students in learning the correct spelling of words, their usage in sentences and enhance their speaking skills.
Debate is a monthly event for primary school children. It helps them develop their speaking skills and ability to express themselves verbally in front of a group, which builds confidence. Learning to debate can help children to develop their research skills as well.
Symposium, Create-a-Disguise, Book Review and Report are events that help to enhance communication, presentation reading and comprehension skills, amongst the children.
Literary Week is a week-long festival to enhance the literary outlook of students. They are exposed to various activities ranging from, ‘ Meet the Author’, Author Study, Quizzing, Tongue Twisters, Puppet Shows, Story Telling Sessions, JAM Sessions, Elocution, etc during the week.
Samskruti promotes creative thinking and artistic expression. The students get the opportunity to showcase their skills in visual as well as performing arts through a variety of programs.
Dance-We develop the whole personality and children’s imaginations through Dance as it engages students with their creative side of the mind.
Music-Keeping the holistic education and intellectual development in mind, we provide music as one of the visual arts.
Visual Art Samskruti offers a unique curriculum of visual arts which provides students the key to succeed in a competitive industry which is building a holistic skill set. Students get the opportunity to showcase their creative skills in different types of art forms such as ceramics, drawing, photography, crafts, video, etc. Different aspects of Visual Arts covered by Samskruti are Drawing & Sketch, 3D Sculpture, and Applied Arts.
Annual Day The Annual Day event is an annual cultural showcase of our students’ abilities in dance, drama, and music.
At Samskruti, we believe that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. Hence, there is a continued focus on age appropriate sports, physical exercise and health enhancing lifestyles. The students undergo a structured physical education curriculum that not only hones their skill in a sport but also helps them pick up lifetime skills such as attentiveness, respect, authenticity, excellence, working on a team, conflict resolution, sharing, handling success and failure, decision making, appreciation, and the like.
Yoga: A healthy mind in a healthy body is the aim of our Yoga classes. It is taught in a fun and interesting way to the little ones.
SSsports: Our sports training partner SSsports ensures that all students build the essential groos and motor skills required to pursue any sport in their middle and senior year programs.
Individual Sports: BasketBall, Cricket and Tennis are offered as optional individual sports. Students can chose to specialise in any of these under our trained and experienced coaches.
Learning by doing – Students are given various opportunities to explore, investigate and find out answers to their queries. Virtual and in-house field trips give prospects to their learning.
Educational Tours include Domestic Trips which take place during the summer vacations. Each itinerary is curated by experts and ensures a strong learning outcome closely integrated into the curriculum.
At Samskruti, we belief that community service is learning by doing, experiencing, caring for members of the local and global community and demonstrating this by a personal commitment towards making a difference to the lives of others.

Visit old age homes or special needs, raise fund for the needy by organizing events, run a kitchen for orphanages for a day, teaching the children of substaff.
